David Turoff, DVM from Foothill Mobile Veterinary Service,  is a well known and highly respected local vet who has worked in this area since graduating from UC Davis.  Dr. Turoff’s concern for the evacuation of animals during a disaster has led to the formation of S.C.L.A.R.  He also active in R.A.V.S. (Rural Area Veterinary Services), a division of H.S.I. (Humane Society International) Dr. Turoff travels several times a year to South America.
